Hello and welcome to our website!
Situated in the Lochardil area of Inverness, Drummond School is a school for pupils with additional support needs. We have provision for primary and secondary education and follow the Curriculum for Excellence framework.
The school was built in 2008 and was uniquely designed for our pupils. Here at Drummond School, we have some amazing facilities, including a large swimming pool, hydrotherapy pool, 14 purpose built classrooms, multi purpose hall/gym, sensory & soft play rooms and much, much more. We have created a learning environment that ensures our pupils are safe, happy and cared for.
The building itself sits in a lovely, spacious playground with plenty of room for the children to explore the outdoors. We also have a small wooded area, sensory garden and new play equipment for our pupils to experience. Outdoor Learning is a big part of the daily activities here at Drummond School, which in turn allows the pupils to engage in a variety of new skills.

At Drummond School we respect ourselves and each other. Everyone is valued equally for who they are, what they do and what they achieve. We work as a team both within the school and in the wider community. We engage in open and honest communication that allows us to take time to listen to one another and keep informed.
